This is the Double Ratcheted (R2) Space Cowboy headset strap.
I made this for personal use, so I can lay down while in VR without having a massive lump of plastic or explosive lithium ion batteries against the back of my head. I haven't seen any elite straps that don't have that junk, which is understandable, where do you put the adjustment for the strap if theres nothing on the back, well you put em on the sides.

Adaptor:
print in PLA, ABS or PETG.
no supports needed
5% infill or more
Clicker:
print in PLA, ABS or PETG
supports needed, only on buildplate
15% infill or more
print upside down (the rails facing up). less supports needed and prints the strap connection slot strongest.
Strap:
Print in TPU. (PETG might also work but is untested)
no supports needed
100% infill (doesnt matter since its pretty thin)
I reccomend using some spare filament and a soldering iron to weld the TPU strap into the clicker's slot. I also reccomend running the iron along the edges of the clicker to ensure layer lines will not separate
